For my collaborative projects and coding contributions, you can visit my GitHub profile at: https://github.com/serayamaouche.

Additionally, I maintain a blog where I share my insights and reflections.

Here, you can also explore articles I've published in the press and my interviews.

About Me

I am a woman scientist with backgrounds in Computer Science Engineering, medical informatics and bioinformatics. I am also a life sciences entrepreneur, data scientist, and tech/science writer. My work primarily focuses on the field of bioinformatics and genomics of complex diseases. I am particularly interested in translational bioinformatics, Omics Big Data, computational biology, genetics of complex diseases, and cardiovascular research.

As the founder of TBi Scientific®, a startup dedicated to translational bioinformatics (TBI), precision medicine, cardiovascular research, eHealth, and Omics Big Data, I am actively involved in advancing these areas.

In addition to my core expertise, I am deeply interested in emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare and technoethics. I published recently two articles exploring the ethical dimensions of AI, one is dedicated to AI-enhanced coding in bioinformatics.

Aside from my expertise in life-sciences and computer science engineering, I have also studied the history of sciences and technology at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. My particular interest lies in the history of reverse engineering and women in sciences.
